This policy explains how Dey Credence Advisors (DCA) handles information submitted through the website enquiry form.
Who is responsible
Dey Credence Advisors (DCA) is responsible for the enquiry information described in this policy. This name does not represent a claim about a registered legal entity.
Information collected
The form requires your name and phone number. You may optionally provide an email address, service categories, a short description, city/country or region, or state/Union Territory. The page from which you submit the form and a request connection address for abuse prevention are also received. Please do not submit identity scans, bank details, passwords, OTPs, tax records, employee data or confidential legal records through the public form.
How information is used and sent
DCA uses the details to receive, review and respond to your enquiry and relevant follow-ups. Valid submissions are emailed to deycredenceadvisors@gmail.com using Gmail SMTP. The email includes your name and phone number, any optional email, location, description or service categories you provide, the page from which you sent the form and the submission date/time. When you provide an email address, it is used as the Reply-To address. Enquiry content is not stored in the website application database. The website does not request marketing consent or use the form for a marketing mailing list.
Abuse prevention
The website stores a keyed digest of the request connection address and a request counter in its database to enforce the submission rate limit. It does not store the raw address or enquiry content there. Rate-limit records are cleared after the 15-minute window by the application cleanup process.
Retention and deletion
DCA plans to retain enquiry emails for 12 months after the last interaction. An email may be kept longer where necessary for an ongoing customer relationship, legal or regulatory obligations, or a dispute. Email retention and deletion must also be managed in the Gmail inbox. No automatic deletion from that inbox is implemented.
Requests about your information
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information using the privacy contact address below: deycredenceadvisors@gmail.com. Requests are subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Do not include sensitive records in your request unless DCA specifically asks for them through an appropriate channel.
